· Vehicle recovery

Some of our clients are finance companies or car hire companies. Large numbers of vehicles are hired either with fraudulently obtained finance, or by hiring them using false documents or where security checks have not been closely followed.

We provide an investigation service designed to locate those involved and recover the vehicles, and attempt to seek recompense for the outstanding hire fees.

Security is usually an issue that is low in most people’s priorities. However, when the wheel comes off - this is when you wish you had paid more attention to those parts of your premises that were vulnerable.
We have provided security reviews and advice for many clients, large and small, and in the long run have been instrumental in preventing the loss of our client’s valuable property.

· Close Protection – witness protection

We have provided various clients in both the professional sports and show business sectors with personal security in situations where there safety may have become an issue. Our staff are smart, discreet, professional and reliable and able to contain situations before they become un-manageable.

Our operatives are fully trained, usually former military or law enforcement, and licenced under the Security Industry Act. We have male and female operatives.

One area we are now being requested to cover is witness protection.

Certain high profile cases involving the evidence supplied by a company employee – commonly known as a whistleblower’, can be very sensitive, and sometimes dangerous situations. The suspects can stand to lose their whole lifestyles, which they may have enjoyed for several years, and therefore the stakes can be very high.

An intimidated or frightened witness can ruin the whole case and be very expensive in legal costs.

Our expertise in the law enforcement arena particularly, dealing with the protection of high profile informants, usually described as ‘supergrasses’, whose lives were constantly under threat, has provided the skills needed to protect the witness, and just as importantly, create wherever possible a stress free environment where the witness can continue a reasonably normal life whilst waiting to give their evidence. This is not just about protection –it is also the consideration of the witnesses everyday welfare and social issues, and identifying when that witness may be under extreme stress and possibly threatening the credibility of the witness.

We have been able to assist clients in certain areas where theft or other illegal activities are suspected on their premises. The usual locations can include large warehouses used for storage or distribution centres, or anywhere there is an opportunity for employees to be involved in illegal activity. There may be a group of employees working within a large workforce, forming a supply chain to each other and systematically stealing the company assets, or in some cases sabotaging the running and safety of the company.

We are able to infiltrate the workforce using trained undercover operatives and gathering intelligence on suspects, their modus operandi, and also identifying other areas of concern that may include Health and Safety issues or general security.

When planning such an operation, the safety and welfare of our undercover operatives is of paramount importance. Should any of the workforce become suspicious, then this could lead to a very dangerous situation for our operative. It is therefore necessary that those involved in the discussions to implement the plans, be kept to the absolute minimum, thereby reducing the possibility of any loose tongues.
